Privacy policy

PLACEHOLDER — not legal advice and not yet reviewed. This describes how the platform is actually built, which should make an attorney’s review straightforward — but it has not had one.

What we collect

Your name and email address when you create an account; a record of your purchase; and your progress through the course (which lessons you have completed and where you stopped in each video). We do not collect patient information, and you should never enter any into this platform.

Payment information

Card details are entered on Stripe’s hosted checkout and are never transmitted to or stored on our servers. We retain only Stripe’s identifiers for your purchase so we can grant access and produce a receipt.

How your data is used

To give you access to what you bought, to save your place in a video across devices, and to contact you about the course you purchased. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Processors

Supabase (accounts, database), Stripe (payments), Cloudflare Stream (video delivery) and Netlify (hosting). Each processes data only to provide its service.

Retention and deletion

Account and progress data are kept while your account exists. To have your account and personal data deleted, email hello@pedoorthoacademy.com. Records required for tax or accounting purposes may be retained longer where the law requires it.

Your rights
